Consolation Matches
Over the summer, we sent a survey to 128 Club directors to propose tournament changes that were suggested to us throughout the 2024 season. Results for most proposed changes were to keep things just the way that they have been. However, there was one item that went against that trend: the option to eliminate consolation matches for silver and bronze brackets at our local-level tournaments. The overwhelmingly majority of club directors do not prefer to play consolation matches for silver and bronze brackets. As a result, the consolation matches for the silver and bronze brackets will not be played at this tournament.

Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.

There will be chairs and bleacher seating provided. Spectators are permitted to bring their own chairs.

Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.
Admissions
Admissions will open at 7am on Saturday and 6:30am on Sunday.
Spectators-including “chaperones” or “team reps”-whether rostered or not-will be charged $12 per day or $22 for the weekend for admittance to the tournament. If you are planning on attending both days, you can purchase both a Saturday and Sunday pass at the same time. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.
All wrist bands must be worn on the wrist in order to enter the facility. If a spectator loses their wristband, they will be required to purchase a replacement wristband.
Credit/Debit Card Only; no cash will be accepted.
Ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food and Beverage

At this time there will not be concessions available on-site. Please plan to bring your own personal food and beverage. Team cooler will not be allowed inside the competition area.

Food Tables
There will be no food tables. We ask athletes to put all beverages and food inside backpacks while in the facility.
