Coach/Team Check-In
Coaches are required to check in before their teams play. Rosters will be provided upon check-in and should be kept through the duration of the tournament.
Schedule
Schedule will be posted the Tuesday prior to tournament weekend. Please do not email or call with schedule-related questions before then.
Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Tuesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.

Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Consolation Matches
Consolation matches for the silver and bronze brackets will not be played at this tournament.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking
The OmniPlex
Parking is available on-site at no cost.
Trainers
There will be a certified athletic trainer on-site. Bring your own tape and pre-wrap. Ice bags will be available.
Chairs
The OmniPlex
Bleacher seating will be available (feel free to bring your own bleacher cushion). Outside seating is prohibited.
Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.
Admissions/Wristband Policy
Spectators-including “chaperones” or “team reps”-whether rostered or not-will be charged $15/$25 per day/weekend for admittance to the tournament. If you are planning on attending both days, you can purchase both a Saturday and Sunday pass at the same time. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.
Credit/Debit Card Only; no cash will be accepted.
Ages 10 and under will be admitted for free.
Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost. If a spectator loses their wristband, they will be required to purchase a replacement wristband.
Hotel Accommodations
These are not Stay to Play tournaments and participants may stay in any local hotels. We do not have hotel blocks set up for this tournament.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food Tables/Concessions
Concessions will be available on-site. No outside food will be permitted.
